before we arrive.
Where do you travel?
We start from Boston's 02134 area. Travel is included within 40 miles, $50 for over 40 through 60 miles, and $200 for over 60 through 120 miles. Properties farther away require a manual review. Travel charges are confirmed with your booking.
Is drone coverage included?
Yes. Our HDR photography and cinematic property video services include drone coverage, subject to safe weather, airspace and location conditions. Standalone drone photography is for clients who only need aerial images.
How long should I allow?
Allow approximately 60 minutes for photography, 60–120 minutes for video, and 150 minutes for a combined photography and video shoot. Larger or more complex properties may need additional planning.
How can I pay?
Debit and credit cards are available through the online invoice. For Zelle, Venmo or Cash App instructions, call or text 857-832-0536. Include your invoice number and property address; payments made outside the portal are confirmed after funds are received.
When can I book?
We offer shoots on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The booking portal shows current available appointments. Contact us for a special scheduling request.
